When adding a concession to an invoice, after clicking "Save Payment", the Concession Allocation Modal appears, but most line-item names are left blank. This makes it difficult to correctly allocate the concession.

Admin can work around this by saving the incorrect allocation, then updating the allocation by clicking the newly saved concession and clicking "Edit Allocation".
